Every module now has its own page, with what it watches, what it does when it fires, and every setting and its default.
Added a setup guide and a page of straight answers to the questions people ask before installing.
The site now says plainly what the free plan covers and where paid answers start, and plan prices are on the front page.
Closing a ticket now removes its channel after a short countdown, with the transcript saved first. Tickets closed automatically for going quiet get the same warning instead of disappearing.
Pages load faster, and small text and keyboard focus are easier to see.

Bigger changes get explained on the pages they affect. The modules list and the setup guide are always the current state of things rather than a history.
