Automatic slowmode

Counts how much was said in the last few minutes and puts a slowmode on once a channel is moving faster than you want. When it settles the old slowmode comes back, exactly as you had it, so a busy hour never leaves a permanent setting behind. Anything quiet hours has locked is left alone, and a slowmode you set by hand is never lowered.

Plan

Needs Starter at $5 a month or above.

Runs

Every 15 minutes. Mamori checks on a timer, so a change can take one run to show up.

Watches

Its own clock. Nothing to grant beyond the module being on.
