Starboard
When enough members react to a message with the star, Mamori copies it into the starboard channel with who wrote it, where, and a link back. The count on the copy keeps up as stars come and go. A message that drops back under the line is left on the board, since taking things down reads badly.

The moment it happens. Mamori reacts live rather than polling.
Watches
Its own clock. Nothing to grant beyond the module being on.
What you can change
6 settings, all on the module page in the dashboard. The defaults are what you get before you touch anything.

Turning it on
Open the dashboard, pick the server, and find Starboard under Channels. Switch it on, set what you want, and it starts from the next run. Switching it off keeps the settings for next time.
