Sticky message
A pin nobody scrolls up to read, done properly. After every few messages Mamori removes its last copy and posts the notice again, so it is always the newest thing in the channel and the channel never fills with copies. The rules of a trading channel, the format for a bug report, the link everybody asks for.

The moment it happens. Mamori reacts live rather than polling.

Its own clock. Nothing to grant beyond the module being on.
What you can change
5 settings, all on the module page in the dashboard. The defaults are what you get before you touch anything.

Turning it on
Open the dashboard, pick the server, and find Sticky message under Channels. Switch it on, set what you want, and it starts from the next run. Switching it off keeps the settings for next time.
